Becoming A Christian

Making the choice to get right with God is the most important decision you will ever make. It determines where you will spend eternity. We become right with God by placing our trust in His Son, Jesus Christ. To better understand this, let us look at what it means to trust in Christ.

Growth Process

Our goal at Dayspring is to help each person find a passion for God, compassion for people, and a mission to change the world. The tree diagram illustrates how we are helping people to do this: to become mature and fruitful followers of Christ.

What are the benefits of being a member?

There are many benefits to being a member. It identifies you are a genuine believer, letting others know that you are indeed a follower of Christ (Ephesians 2:19). It provides a spiritual family to support and encourage you in your walk with Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25). Being a member gives you a place to discover and use your gifts (1 Corinthians 12:4-27). It places you under the spiritual protection of godly leaders (Acts 20:28-29). And it provides the accountability you need in order to grow (Eph. 5:21).

Small Groups

Why Small Groups?

God created each of us with a built-in need for community - a need for genuine friendships, a place to belong, a family where we can love and be loved, and encourage each other in our walk of faith. That describes our small groups. We have a variety of groups: some that emphasize making and building friendships, groups that love to pray and worship, groups that focus on studying the Bible, and interest groups that meet around a common interest or hobby.
