D.E.R.T. is a team of volunteers who help train and prepare for local emergencies. In the event of a tornado, ice storm, or earthquake the D.E.R.T. team goes into action to provide shelter, comfort and other basic needs. We believe that as followers of Christ we are to be a light to our community and region, and one way we do this is by preparing to be of help during times of crisis. Dayspring is a Level 2 Red Cross Shelter, and several of our volunteers are CERT trained. |

Dayspring's Tech Team oversees the video, screen and sound for our services. If you are interested in volunteering in this area, please contact the church office and leave a message for Mark Replogle (Sound, seated on left) or George Stowers (video/screen, seated on right).

Waves Of Glory Dance Team |
|
Dayspring’s Dance Team is a group of worshipers whose desire is to glorify God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ through the expression of dance. As a part of the greater worship team, we are united in the purpose of leading others into true worship, and our mission is to dance the dance that binds the enemy and brings freedom to the captives. We utilize banners, flags, streamers and other worship tools during corporate worship times and prayer services. In addition, our dance team also prepares choreographed dances for special occasions, events and outreaches. |

Our priority in Dayspring services is to create an atmosphere pleasing to God, where people are free to express their passion for God through singing, raising hands, dancing, or any of other biblical expressions of praise. We regularly hear guests comment on how much they enjoy the worship at Dayspring - the celebration, the banners, the genuine adoration expressed by the congregation, the excellence in the worship teams, and the freedom to dance, kneel, clap or otherwise express their love for God.

“God does nothing but in answer to prayer.” – John Wesley
Intercession (Spirit-directed prayer for others) and worship are central themes at Dayspring because they are central to the purposes of God. The prayer ministries of Dayspring are the heart and soul of all that we do. Below are some of our regular prayer times. Saturday Arise Worship & IntercessionJoin us each Saturday evening from 4pm to 8pm for Saturday Arise Worship & Intercession. Each of the two sessions blends live worship with intercession. The 4-6pm session is presently focused on praying through the book of Acts. The 6-8pm session prays for God to move in one of three areas: 1) the city and region, 2) our nation and 3 the nations of the world. Feel free to come and go as you like, attending part or all of either session. No childcare is provided. Missions PrayerEvery Tuesday at 10am is Missions Prayer in the Missions office, where intercession is offered for the work we are doing and supporting around the world. Join us as we partner with God to touch the nations of the earth in these powerful times of prayer. The Missions office is located on the second floor of the South Building near the church offices. Pre-Service PrayerBefore Sunday and Wednesday services we gather for prayer in the “Upper Room,” located behind the stage in the sanctuary (follow the signs located near the southeast entrance). Pre-service prayer starts Sunday mornings at 9:15am, and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. All of these prayer times are open to everyone. Other Prayer MeetingsCheck with the church office (864-4338) for other times of prayer and intercession. These include periodic 12 or 24-hour prayer times, early morning watches, corporate fasts and small groups with an emphasis on prayer and worship. |

The Missions Support Team is the link between the church and our missionaries on the field. Missions is our passion, to see the Great Commission fulfilled in our generation. Support is our function, serving those who serve Christ around the world. Team is our strategy, to work together to see our goals accomplished, utilizing each team member’s gifts and abilities used for God’s glory. |

Our mission is to equip our children to change the world through a growing friendship with Jesus Christ, helping them learn to know, love and serve God. We want to encourage each child to be all they can be for Christ and His kingdom. Our desire is to be an extension of the Christian values and teaching that already exist in your home, supporting and complimenting the role of you as the parent. |
